The Met make the journey east along the Thames to face London Exiles for the first time in a League fixture. Exiles play in Barnes and have scored quite freely in their four outings so far, amassing two try bonus points in addition to a narrow victory over London Media. Unfortunately, their defence has been somewhat porous shipping an average 51 points in each of their other three games. Today's fixture will mean that Exiles have played the top four teams in the League in their first five games.
The Met show several changes from the team that defeated Effingham & Leatherhead last weekend. Willie starts his first game of the season, Jon Broadhead returns alongside him in the front row; Huw Longdon and James Dyson appear on either flank. Behind the pack, Sam Cawley starts on the left wing and Chris Bamber-Blake steps in for skipper Cormac Healy at inside centre with Freddy Dalley retaining his place at 13 after last week's try scoring debut.
A win will maintain the Met's place at the top of the table, but Bec Old Boys, Old Georgians and Worth Old Boys will all be expecting to keep the pressure on the leaders with winnable fixtures.
